My Love…
Don’t leave tonight,
Please don’t,
Stay awhile longer,
Please stay.
Keep holding me close to you,
Stay awhile longer.

He says:
You lifted me to love’s rooftop
And removed the ladder
as our eyes met.
In your eyes, I see myself.
Lift me higher, my Love,
Take me to your realms
For, I am here to stay.

I had closed
The door to my heart
And made a pact with myself
To find happiness elsewhere,
And I did.

My Love: I love
the curves of your shoulders,
the strength in your spine,
the softness in your lips,
the warmth in your hands,
the sparkle in your eyes,
the robustness in your laughter.

In the desert of my solitude,
I hear your voice,
I see your shadow…
Where are you?

I whisper:
Your presence brings peace to my heart,
But my heart knows no peace.
Pray that my heart finds peace, my Love
I am scared of the journey ahead.
